Terms and conditions

Deposit:

50% deposit to be paid within 7 days of booking to secure your reservation, either by cheque, money order, paypal or direct debit. We do not as yet take credit card payments, and as we do not pay any commissions, we can pass the savings on to you with lower rates.

Cancellation policy

Up to 2 weeks notice: 90% refund

Less than 1 week: equivalent to 1 nights stay is charged.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the B & B and near entry doors.

All enquiries are most welcome and will be responded to promptly.

Extra condition/information for Host Family stays:

International guests need to provide proof of travel & health insurance (such insurance is a must for any foreign travel)

$30 key deposit (refundable at end of stay).

What’s included:

Accommodation, all breakfasts (toast/cereal) and any other meals as arranged in package at time of booking.

What’s not included:

Expenses of a personal nature, public transport fares (if any), restaurant/café meals while on excursions, formal English tuition.

Please note due to rising costs of water and often severe water restrictions, that host family stays, being at budget rates, do not include use of spa unless an additional fee of $20 per use is paid.

Host family stay guests are expected to make their own bed, do their own breakfast dishes and keep their living space tidy during their stay or else the key deposit will be retained as cleaning-up fee.
